We opened our restaurant with the vision of sharing our passion for food and wine.
We believe that good wholesome tasty food should not be complicted, but simple, and prepared using only the best seasonal products available and that is why our restaurant prides itself in working with only fresh produce.
For example all of our duck comes from Norbert Joyeaux and his small farm in the “Lot” region, our oysters also come Gildas le Galle and his open sea farm in Brittany…
We also enjoy working directly with small wine producers, unfortunatly to many to mention here…(voir notre page partenaires).
As the saying goes “The proof is in the pudding”
